L’appartamento dista pochi passi dalla centrale Piazza Risorgimento e dalla pedonale Via Vittorio Emanuele. Ristoranti, osterie, vinerie, negozi di tutti i generi sono raggiungibili in meno di cinque minuti a piedi.

Casa Vernazza, un  esclusivo appartamento situato al primo piano di un palazzo storico nel cuore di Alba, puo’ alloggiare fino ad un massimo di 6 ospiti.

Completamente rimaneggiato a fine 2016, e’ composto da una camera da letto matrimoniale, una camera con letto singolo trasformabile in letto matrimoniale, un soggiorno dotato di divano letto matrimoniale, una cucina con tavolo da pranzo e due bagni che prevedono sia la doccia che la vasca.

Situato in una posizione strategica, e’ comodissimo al centro citta’ e altrettanto comodo per le vostre gite tra le colline di Langa.

Per chi raggiunge Alba in auto, le vicine piazza Marconi e piazza Garibaldi, offrono sicure possibilita’ di parcheggio. Abbiamo anche a disposizione, a richiesta, all’interno del cortile sotto casa, un box auto privato.

Welcome to Alba, white truffles and Langhe’s capital.
The fascinated landscapes, the old castles, the smooth hills covered by vineyards, together with the closed Roero and the Monferrato, will drive you around to discover our land, part of the UNESCO heritage.

The flat is only some walk away from Risorgimento Square, the main square of the town and from  the pedestrian Via Vittorio Emanuele.
Restaurants, taverns, wineries, all kind of shops are not more farther than 5 minutes by walk.

Casa Vernazza, an exclusive flat located at the first floor of an historical building in the heart of Alba,  can accomodate a maximum number of 6 guests.

Totally renovated at the end of 2016, the apartment consists of one bedroom with a confortable double bed, one bedroom with a single bed transformable in a double bed, one living room with a double day bed, one kitchen with a dining table and two bathrooms, one with the bathtube and one with the shower.

Due to its strategic location, the flat is really convenient for the city center and, in the meantime,  for your excursion between the Langhe hills.

For those who reach Alba by car, Marconi square and Garibaldi square are very closed and it is very easy to find a parking. A private garage, upon request, is also available.
